I'm here to create real change in my life. And for me that means finally tackling my weight problem. I'm the type of girl that hates to admit that being overweight affects me. There, I said it. It does. It has contributed to my low self-esteem, it has lead me to envy others, it has lead me to demand less from men, and it has made me and continues to make me very unhappy. So here it is, SW: 198. My ultimate goal is to get to a normal BMI.

The following are my short term goals:

25 miles on treadmill = iphone holder band
50 miles on treadmill = facial
